# How to Create a New World for Your Valheim Server

This guide will help you with generating a new world on your Valheim server.

# 🗺️ How to Create a New World 🗺️

1. Log in to your AMP game server panel [here](https://amp.ggservers.com).

2. Click on your Valheim instance, then click on `Manage`, and then stop the server.

3. Click on `Configuration`.

4. Click on `Valheim - General Settings`.

5. Find the `World Name` section, and fill in the new name of the world you want to generate. After you fill in the field, the panel will automatically save the changes.

|| ⚠ **NOTE **⚠:  Be sure that your new world does not have the same name as an already existing world from your server.

6. Start your Valheim server by clicking on `Status`, then on `Start`.

Now you just generated a new world for your Valheim server.

# 🔄 How to Change Between Worlds 🔄


To switch back to your old world, you just need to:

1. Log in to your AMP game server panel [here](https://amp.ggservers.com).

2. Click on your Valheim instance, then click on `Manage`, and then stop the server.

3. Click on `Configuration`.

4. Click on `Valheim - General Settings`.

5. Find the `World Name` section, and fill in your old world name. After you fill in the field, the panel will automatically save the changes.

6. Start your Valheim server by clicking on `Status`, then on `Start`.

Now you just changed your world back to your old one.
