How to Update your server to 1.18.x

This article will show you how to update your server to Minecraft 1.18.X version.

Please note that we recommend you make a backup of your world and download it before the change as an older world (one generated with 1.16.X version for example) will most likely get corrupted. Here is our guide for making a backup and downloading it.

We recommend anytime to use a new world when you change your Minecraft version, so if you update from 1.17.X to 1.18.X it is best to use a new world. Here is our guide for generating a new world.
