FileZilla is a free FTP software program.
This amazing software allows you to transfer files from your local computer to your server. It's simple and fast. There are currently two FileZilla versions available to download: FileZilla Server and FileZilla Client.

FileZilla Client is the correct software program that you have to download and install to access your server files properly.

Please don't download and install Filezilla Server, this is the wrong version and won't work for your needs.

📻 Downloading FileZilla Client

You can download FileZilla Client using the following link: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client).

✔ Once it's downloaded, you're able to connect to your server files using it.
- > You just need to go to your FTP File Access section in your Multicraft and get your FTP credentials.

❓ If you don't know how to see your FTP credentials, we suggest you read our How to: Access Your Minecraft Server Files Via FTP article. Your Multicraft FTP credentials are different to your default login credentials.

Your Server IP isn't the same as your FTP server's IP.

📻 Connecting via FileZilla Client

To connect to your server you just need to:

Login into your Control Panel
- > You can use the article Getting Started! - Accessing your Server Control Panel to access your server control panel.
Click on "Files" and then click on "FTP File Access".

On that page you'll be able to see your FTP Credentials, that you must use on FileZilla.

Copy those credentials from Multicraft and paste into the appropiate fields on FileZilla.

Click on Quickconnect!

Accept any certificates that may pop-up during this process. To get the program to remember this preference, tick the box that says "Always trust" and the program won't ask you to confirm this again.

Done!
Now you know how to access your server files using FileZilla!
