Cyberduck is a FTP connection software available for both, Windows and MAC, that has been growing in recent years.
Its good development attracts users from different parts like Game Servers, Web Hosting, easy connection to clouds like GoogleDrive and etc.
This guide will help you on how to connect to your FTP using Cyberduck.

🦆 Connecting to your FTP File Access
✔ Once it's downloaded, you're able to connect to your server files using it.
- > You just need to go to your FTP File Access section in your Multicraft and get your FTP credentials.
❓ If you don't know how to see your FTP credentials, we suggest you read our How to: Access Your Minecraft Server Files Via FTP article. Your Multicraft FTP credentials are different to your default login credentials.
Login into your Control Panel
- > You can use the article Getting Started! - Accessing your Server Control Panel to access your server control panel.
Click on "Files" and then click on "FTP File Access".
On that page you'll be able to see your FTP Credentials, that you must use on Cyberduck.
Copy those credentials from Multicraft, open Cyberduck, click on " Open Connection " and paste into the appropiate fields on Cyberduck.
Click on Connect!
Now you know how to access your server files using Cyberduck!
