This article will help you on how you can change your server's default spawn point or a specific player spawn point.

For this you'll need to have OP. Here is our guide explaining about it.

On any Minecraft server you will be able to use the following two commands to change the server spawn point or your spawn point:

/setworldspawn [x] [y] [z]

Sets the world's spawn to the specified coordinates. If no coordinates are specified, the world spawn will be set to the executor's current location.

/spawnpoint <playername> [x] [y] [z]

Sets the world's spawn to the specified coordinates. If no coordinates are specified, the world spawn will be set to the executor's current location.

🌲 Vanilla Servers 🌲

To set your new spawn point you will have to:

Join your server.

Go to your wished spawn location/block.

Type: /setworldspawn.

Done! New players will spawn at your new spawn location!

🔌 Plugins Server ( Bukkit/ Spigot/ Paper ) 🔌

To set your new spawn point you will have to:

Join your server.

Go to your wished spawn location/block.

Type: /setspawn.

Done! New players will spawn at your new spawn location!

🔩 Modded Servers (Forge) 🔩

You can anytime install a mod to manage better the spawn point on modded servers (Forge), like Perfect Spawn but we suggest sticking with the same commands as on Vanilla:

/setworldspawn [x] [y] [z]
/spawnpoint <playername> [x] [y] [z]
