This guide will help you use cryptocurrency as a payment method to get any of our services.


To pay by cryptocurrency, you will have to use BitPay, which will allow the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

You can use any of the popular Payment Protocol-compatible wallets below to pay a BitPay bitcoin (BTC) invoice. You can use any Payment-Protocol-compatible BCH wallet with a BitPay merchant who accepts BCH. You can use any Web3 wallet or wallet with a Dapp browser to pay a BitPay merchant who accepts ETH.

🧾 Using Cryptocurrency Payment 🧾

To pay any of your invoices using cryptocurrency you will have to:

Log in to your Billing account here.


Click on Billing, then on My Invoices.




Select the invoice you want to pay with cryptocurrency.




Select Cryptocurrency under Payment Method and click on Make Payment.




Click on Begin Payment in the BitPay pop-up that will show.



Then you will be prompted to use your BitPay account to make the actual crypto payment.

Now you just paid your invoice via cryptocurrency.

🔁 Refund for Cryptocurrency Payments 🔁

Keep in mind that due to the volatile nature of crypto currency and since we receive payments from BitPay as fiat currency we can only offer refunds for these payments on PayPal, or add the funds to account credit.
