🌲 Default Plugins 🌲

Those plugins are the basic ones for managing your server, the ones that add basic commands and functions.

EssentialsX

One of the greatest plugins for any server which adds over 100 commands like /sethome and which also adds basic functions, like kits.

Vault

This one is a plugin with no in-game commands or usage, but it allows different plugins to interact with the different economy, chat, and permissions plugin through a single API.

SkinsRestorer

This plugin restores skins for offline mode servers & networks that give the players ability to change their skins by typing a single command.

ViaVersion

A plugin that allows clients with a lower version than your server to connect your server. Please note that you can not use this plugin to join a server with a higher version that the server is running, just with a lower one.

Holographic Displays

This is a plugin that implements text and item holograms, and also holographic displays.

AdvancedBan

This plugin will allow you to manage better bans, offering temporary bans and also the possibility of adding warnings.

🔒 Permission Plugins 🔒

Those plugins will help you manage permissions better on your server. We recommend the following:

LuckPerms

Will help you manage the actual permissions, create groups, add permissions to commands to them, and manage users. Note that LuckPerms also provides an online editor that provides the opportunity to manage actual groups, permissions, and users much easier.

💰 Economy, Shops, and Voting Plugins 💰

Economy

Those plugins will help you set up an economic system on your server:

EssentialsX

EssentialsX also provides a simple economy plugin, adding commands like /eco, /pay, /bal.

MultiEconomy

⚠ NOTE ⚠: The plugin called MultiEconomy will let you manage more currencies on your server.

Shops

Those plugins will help you add shops to your server:

GUIShop

Will add shops to your server, the ability for players to buy and sell, and also new commands. This plugin uses a sleek new way of making shops easy.

GuardShop

GuardShop allows you to define shops that can sell items and enchantments for said items.

⚠ NOTE ⚠: Please note that this plugin is working for versions until 1.15.2, so it will not work properly on a 1.16+ server.

ChestShop

ChestShop is a simple, yet very powerful system for making physical shops using signs and chests.

Voting

This plugin will let you implement a reward and voting system into your server:

NuVotifier

Will let players claim their rewards from voting for your server.

VotingPlugin

The VoingPlugin or the voting listener plugin, meaning an additional plugin that is triggered by NuVotifier once a vote is received, will help you set the outcome of a vote.

WorldEdit

WorldEdit is an easy world editor for Minecraft, supporting single-player and multiplayer.

Will help you manage multiple worlds. An advanced management plugin for more worlds. You can use it together with Multiverse-Portals which can be found here.

VoxelSniper

Will provide functions to protect your world properly and will also add useful commands like an immediate stop all fire spread.

GriefPrention is a very easy-to-use plugin that helps Server Owners on protecting their Servers against griefers.

WorldBorder

This plugin is intended to efficiently provide a border for each of your worlds which just specific people can bypass.

Dynmap

Will provide a map like Google Maps for your server which can be viewed online on a browser. Also, it is easy to configure and use.

🛡️ Anti-cheat Plugins 🛡️

Those plugins will help you manage permissions better on your server. We recommend the following two plugins:

CoreProtect

CoreProtect is a fast, efficient, data logging, and anti-griefing tool. Designed with large servers in mind, CoreProtect will record and manage data without impacting your server performance. For example, if a place was griefed, this plugin will be able to track down the exact time and entity/ player that did this.

AntiCheatReloaded

This plugin helps server admins combat the use of hacked clients and spambots. It analyses the behavior of players and can prevent malicious gameplay.

AuthMe

For servers that often run offline Minecraft versions, for security reasons, the Minecraft community generally recommends users to use a plugin for account protection to avoid hacks and inconveniences like AuthMe, which will provide the option for each player to set a username and password to log in to the server. The ones that are not logging in will be kicked out.

ExploitFixer

This plugin is a great protection plugin that prevents exploit hackers. Note that it has a dependency so if you want to use this one you also need to install the Hamster API plugin.

🤖 NPC Management Plugins 🤖

The following plugin will let you manage your NPCs inside your game:

Citizens2

This plugin is adding everything from simple player statues to walking and talking NPCs and more advanced features.|

Builder Reloaded

This plugin lets NPCs build your schematic structures with Citizens2.

🔬 Lag Fixing Plugins 🔬

Lag can be a real issue when you have a big plugins server and a big world. Use the following plugins to reduce the lag amount on your server:

ClearLagg

This plugin is designed to reduce lag on your server and it provides the option to despawn entities from your server, not to kill them as the /kill command would do.

The CORE plugins are the API plugin that all the added plugins will link to and depend on:

PlaceholdersAPI

This is a plugin that allows servers the use of placeholders from a wide range.

ProtocolLib

This plugin is a library that allows read and write access to the Minecraft protocol.

🎮 Mini-Games Plugins 🎮

Those plugins will help you manage permissions better on your server. We recommend the following two plugins:

BentoBox

SkyWars mini-game plugin. It will provide great arenas and sky battles. Note that BentoBox needs some addons depending on which type of SkyBlock game you want to run:

A plugin for generating plot worlds for players to claim, build, or do whatever they want on.

KitPvP

This is a plugin for PvP mini-games that allows you to create custom kits, scoreboards, levels, killstreaks, and a lot more.

The following plugins are found as a premium plugin on Spigot, meaning you need to pay to get them:

mcMMO

This plugin creates a featured MMO-like party system.

Motion Capture 2

This plugin can be used to manipulate the movements of NPCs. It creates an NPC which will do everything you just did the moment you decide to replay what you just recorded.

Spartan Anti Cheat

This plugin is a great anti-cheat plugin that provides lots of features as performance optimizing, omnidirectional targeting, and false-positive detection.

VoteParty

This plugin will reward all players when a specific number of votes is reached.
