Subdomains

This article will help you understand what is a subdomain and how you can change it.

Subdomains are not compatible with Bedrock services. Please use the numeric IP / Port to connect from a Bedrock version of the game.

❓ What Is a Subdomain ❓

A subdomain can be used to connect to your server without the need to type all those odd numbers, meaning your IP:Port.

You can get a subdomain before purchasing, on the package build, or after purchasing by requesting one via a ticket in your client area.

If you requested a subdomain in the package build process you can find it in the email titled Your Minecraft Server Details that was sent to you after purchasing. You can also find your subdomain in your Multicraft control panel as you can see below.

💭 If you don't know what is Multicraft or how to access it, we recommend you to read our Getting Started! - Accessing your Server Control Panel article.
